How does Seed Indian Flag work?
- The flags are made up of Seed paper.
- These seed papers have different seeds inside themes like tulsi, tomato, fenugreek, etc.
- So when the celebration is over, a lot of people throw away the flag.
- So instead of throwing these flags can be put inside the soil.
- Once you water it, a plant shall be grown.
- Let's make a Green India.
Instructions?
Step 1:
Start by soaking the seed paper in water. Make sure it stays damp for about 2 to 3 days. This is really important to help the seeds wake up and start growing. Remember, keep the paper moist, but don't let it get too soaked!
Step 2:
Now, get some soil or coir pith (that's a type of soil made from coconut fibers) and put it in a flower pot.
Step 3:
Take the soaked seed paper and tear it into smaller pieces. Spread these pieces evenly all over the soil in the flowerpot. Then, give it a gentle watering.
Step 4:
Next, cover the pieces of seed paper with a thin layer of coir pith or manure. Imagine this like giving the seeds a cozy blanket to help them grow.
Step 5:
Keep an eye on your little seed paper garden. Water it regularly, but don't drown it – just enough to keep the soil damp. Place the pot where it can get sunlight, either outside in the sun or inside near a window that faces the sun.
Following these steps will help your seed paper flags turn into beautiful plants that will grow right out of the paper!
